Seeking a proactive Server IT Administrator to manage and support our client’s cloud-based server infrastructure for both internal and client environments. You will ensure system reliability, security, and performance while supporting network and storage systems.
This role involves occasional after-hours or weekend work to maintain business continuity.Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtual environments .Monitor system performance, implement security patches, and perform routine maintenance.Support LAN/WAN, VPNs, and troubleshoot network or connectivity issues.Document system configurations, incidents, maintenance, and generate uptime reports.Recommend infrastructure upgrades, plan capacity improvements, and optimize cloud environments.Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and virtualization.Experience with cloud administration and backup/disaster recovery processes.Ability to work independently and handle after-hours tasks when needed.
