We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to lead two high-performance teams—one focused on Cloud for Customer and the other on Digital Marketing. The successful candidate will be proactive, hands-on, and capable of ensuring seamless delivery through strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
Lead and Facilitate Teams: Act as the Scrum Master for two teams, guiding them in Agile and Scrum practices, and fostering a results-oriented environment.Drive the teams to meet their commitments, remove impediments, and support continuous improvement.Maintain clear, transparent communication with team members, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.Promote Agile principles beyond Scrum ceremonies, embedding an Agile and delivery-focused culture across teams.Support team members in their professional growth, encourage collaboration, and cultivate high-performance team dynamics.Track team progress, analyze metrics, and report on delivery status and team health.Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity of goals and priorities.Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master in a professional environment with real-world project delivery; certifications alone are not sufficient.A proactive, “do-er” mindset with a strong focus on enabling delivery rather than merely facilitating Scrum ceremonies.Able to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.Skilled in guiding teams through challenges, facilitating discussions, and fostering a collaborative environment.Experience working with cloud-based solutions and digital marketing initiatives is advantageous.Capable of managing diverse, high-performance teams with varied personalities and skillsets.Committed to ensuring that teams deliver value on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.Extensive experience working with call-center technologies or SaaS cloud solutions.Knowledge of Agile frameworks beyond Scrum is a plus.
