Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines as part of our enterprise data platform. This role supports the organization’s data-driven decision-making by enabling scalable, high-quality data solutions that power analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
Design, implement, and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, and delivery. Develop and enhance scalable data models and data warehouse structures to support reporting and advanced analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data solutions. Implement and maintain data quality, validation, and monitoring processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.Mentor and support junior team members through training, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing.Develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Pyramid Analytics and/or Power BI.A relevant 3-year degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.Advantageous:Familiarity with dbt, Azure Data Factory, and cloud platforms .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Solid understanding of data architecture and best practices in modern data platforms.Experience in data-driven projects across Retail, Finance, Customer, or HR domains is advantageous.
