Support in the selection and implementation of a group-wide HRIS platform, including the transition and decommissioning of existing systems across the group Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new HRIS solution from conception through deployment, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to understand requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure successful implementation. Problem Solving: Identify potential technical issues and develop strategies to resolve them effectively and efficiently. Vendor Management: Work closely with implementation partner for HRIS solution, to ensure high standards of code quality and system performance. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, solution implementations, and best practices. Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in architectural practices.Experience: 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or a relatedMust have previous experience in the implementation of HR platforms, with a strong understanding of their intricacies and overall ecosystem Strong knowledge of data translation into or out of existing/new HRIS/ HR systems and integration patternsIndustry experience in financial services preferredLeadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide technical teams and influence stakeholders Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing effective solutions to complex technical challenges
