TFG is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This role is pivotal in shaping the technological landscape of our 34 specialty lifestyle and apparel brands, ensuring we deliver remarkable omnichannel experiences for our customers.
This role calls for a seasoned technologist to collaborate with business architects, business analysts, and stakeholders. You will provide hands-on guidance on solution architecture, design, and technical assistance to development teams, ensuring solutions maximize component and service reuse. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding development teams to adhere to existing principles, standards, and best practices.
Active participation in architecture and design reviews will be crucial to maintaining consistency across solutions and functional domains. You will collaborate closely with analysts to translate requirements into highly flexible, scalable, and interoperable solutions. This position also involves working with the Development Architecture team to formulate and maintain principles and standards, as well as developing and driving reusable patterns, components, and services. Collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team will be essential to drive and govern the adoption of the architectural strategy across the division. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of development experience, strong expertise in architecture and solution design (UML, OO, SOA, etc.), and a proven track record of developing solutions using a variety of technologies such as C#, Reactjs, Vuejs, Golang, etc. A deep understanding of cloud, databases, integration, networks, operating systems, and services is also required. We seek an individual who fosters a culture of creativity, leverages new technology to enhance productivity, and understands the dynamics of processes, systems, and people. Adaptability, the ability to acquire new knowledge quickly, and strong problem-solving skills are essential in this fast-paced environment
