Join TFG's Information Technology team as a Solution Architect. Drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions that meet the strategic objectives of our internationally diversified retail portfolio.
This role will involve collaborating closely with business architects and business analysts to ensure strong engagement with stakeholders. You will provide hands-on guidance to development teams regarding solution architecture, design, and technical assistance. A key focus is to ensure the architecture and design of solutions maximize the reuse of components and services.
Your collaboration with development teams will be crucial in ensuring adherence to existing principles, standards, and best practices. You will actively participate in architecture/design reviews to guarantee consistency across solutions and functional domains. By working closely with analysts, you will translate requirements into highly flexible, scalable, and interoperable solutions. Collaboration with the Development Architecture team is vital for formulating and maintaining principles and standards. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and promotion of reusable patterns, components, and services. You will also work with the Enterprise Architecture team to drive and govern the adoption of the architectural strategy across the division.The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of development experience and a strong background in architecture and solution design (UML, OO, SOA, etc.). You will have solid experience developing solutions using a diverse range of technologies such as C#, Reactjs, Vuejs, Golang, and others. A broad understanding of cloud technologies, databases, integration, networks, operating systems, and services is essential. This role requires a candidate who can foster a creative environment that drives success, leverage new technologies to enhance productivity, and understand and navigate complex interdependencies within processes, systems, and people. Adaptability, a willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to interpret and simplify complex information are crucial.
