The ServiceNow Developer will play a crucial role in assisting with ServiceNow support and configuration tasks, ensuring business requirements are delivered promptly.
This individual will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements that can be implemented within the ServiceNow platform.Key responsibilities include: designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform using various tools and technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs. This encompasses creating and configuring ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, workflows, and integrations. The role also involves customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications to align with the organization's processes and workflows, including creating new modules, fields, tables, UI pages, and scripts. Furthermore, the ServiceNow Developer will integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications within the organization's IT infrastructure, such as Active Directory, LDAP, monitoring tools, and external APIs. Testing and debugging ServiceNow applications to ensure they function correctly and meet the specified requirements will also be a key part of the role. The ServiceNow Developer will create technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release notes, and share knowledge and provide training to other team members and end-users. Ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications and workflows will be another crucial responsibility, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues and providing timely resolution.We are looking for a candidate with strong design and development experience on the ServiceNow platform using various tools and technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs. They must have ServiceNow configuration and customization experience in ServiceNow modules, including creating and managing workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems within the organization's IT infrastructure, such as Active Directory, LDAP, monitoring tools, and external APIs, is also essential.
