The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting testing, and documenting solutions.

Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications within the organization’s IT infrastructure, such as Active Directory, LDAP, monitoring tools, and external APIs.Testing and debugging: Conduct unit testing, system testing, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications to ensure they function correctly and meet the specified requirements.
Must have ServiceNow configuration and customisation experience in ServiceNow modules, including creating and managing workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
