A ServiceNow Developer is needed to design, develop, and deploy new ServiceNow modules and functionality. This role will leverage deep expertise in the platform to deliver solutions that align with the company’s requirements and support its broader strategy.
Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Resource Planning Technology, the ServiceNow Developer will lead the design, development, and deployment of new ServiceNow modules and functionality, providing high-quality, fit-forpurpose technology solutions to enable Functions. You will utilize deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform to deliver solutions that align with the company’s requirements and support its broader strategy.
• Collaborate with the Technology Business Partnering and Value Management sub-functions to obtain and analyze business requirements, leveraging insight to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow. management for the ServiceNow platform by developing, maintaining, and executing reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.• Act as a primary contact for executives, PMO and technical stakeholders on all issues related to ServiceNow system configuration, maintenance, planning, requirements gathering, training and report generation.
