Support RDGS.4 in managing data related to the Bank’s operations in the region. Its purpose is to ensure qsupport RDGS.4 in managing data related to the Bank’s operations in the region. Its purpose is to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness of data and generate analytical reports that will support decision making by all concerned RDGS internal stakeholders.
Under the overall guidance of the RDGS.4 Division Manager and in consultation with the Senior Business Data Analyst, the Data Analyst will perform the following duties:Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and work with management to prioritize business and information needs Monitor and report on the key performance indicators on overall RDGS performance, Bank priorities and result indicators. Collect, process, provide, and maintain accurate data on the Bank’s operations and prepare analytical reports and PowerPoint presentations to be used by Management, Regional Programme Officers, Country Programme Officers and Task Managers in the Region.Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasetsAbility to communicate effectively
