Man aged in his 20s suffers serious injuries after 1am 'disturbance' in south Manchester
A man suffered serious injuries after a reported 'disturbance' on a street in south Manchester, Greater Manchester Police have revealed.
The nature of his injuries, or detail around the disturbance, haven't been disclosed by the force, but a spokesman said he remained in a 'serious but stable' condition in hospital. No arrests have been made and detectives are now appealing for witnesses to come forward. In a statement, Greater Manchester Police said: "On Sunday 19 January, at around 1am, Greater Manchester Police were called to reports of a disturbance on Palatine Road, Manchester.
