Parade-goers also got to meet Captain, the Charlottetown Police Services new therapy dog. Captain was hired to help with the mental health of officers while providing support to victims. The national police force, which is celebrating its 150th anniversary, put a little extra into their entry this year. It included the RCMP Musical Ride and the RCMP marching troop.
