It’s not a game that anyone is necessarily going to want to rewatch for fun., but a win’s a win for the Calgary Stampeders.

If we were only to focus on the offence, then yes, it would be easy to nitpick. While running back Dedrick Mills was a revelation filling in for the injured Ka’Deem Carey, the passing game was out-of-whack. “Have to have a talk with KJ, we’ve got to figure something out, I told him 1,000 times I trust him no matter what, but we need to come up with a lot more from those,” Mitchell said.

Titus Wall picked up his second pick-six of the season – which is legitimately astonishing for a guy who still only has seven games of CFL experience to his name – and added another late interception. Diontae Ruffin got a pick for himself, too.
