Documentation & Process Improvement –Document troubleshooting steps to improve the knowledge base and incident response efficiency.REQUIREMENTS:Cisco Certified Network Associate or higher . Or .ITIL Foundation .Experience/Skills –Proven experience in troubleshooting escalated IT issues .Hands-on experience with Active Directory , Group Policies and Microsoft 365 Administration.Experience in remote IT support tools .Proficient in configuring and managing routers, switches and firewalls.
