A relevant IT degree or diploma, or equivalent technical experience.Demonstrable experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-level solutions. Proven track record in end-to-end system development, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.Backend Development:Expertise in RESTful and event-driven services development.Familiarity with ORM tools such as SQL-Model + SQL Alchemy.Experience with HTML5, SCSS, and responsive web design.DevOps and CI/CD:Experience with Docker preferrable.Leadership and Agile Practices:Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, and leading technical teams.AI Platform Development:Ability to apply data-driven insights to enhance platform capabilities.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform .Experience with Density Framework.Knowledge of microservices architecture and integration with front-end systems.Understanding of authentication concepts such as AWS Cognito, OAuth and Active Directory.Experience with AWS SQS / Apache Kafka and the Confluent Platform.Exposure to scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation. Understanding of manual and automated testing processes using tools like Pytest, Unit test, and Test Containers.Ability to prepare ISO-compliant technical documentation.
