RCL FOODS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Support Specialist to join our Baking Business Unit. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing technical support to end users, resolving ERP-related issues, and driving business process improvements through system enhancements.

This role focuses on providing support to end users in resolving ERP -related issues, particularly those of a financial nature, within the Baking Business Unit.
The role involves clearly defining problems and collaborating with technical experts and external consultants to find solutions to technical ERP issues. We work closely with the learning team and super users to deliver and conduct training for both existing and new ERP systems. The role also includes conducting user acceptance testing in partnership with the Information Technology department and business super users. Additionally, you will create and maintain user training manuals and standard operating procedures in cooperation with the business, super users, and the learning team. Regular user assessments will be conducted following training or as needed.By analyzing reports on user knowledge and skill gaps provided by the learning team, we identify training needs. This role also involves identifying system opportunities to address key business requirements. In collaboration with the Commercial Manager – Projects, Application Manager, and the Business, you will quantify the savings and efficiencies related to these opportunities and create Business Case documentation for submission to the Commercial Manager – Projects. The role acts as a liaison between the Business and the Information Technology department or external consultants to ensure the successful implementation of identified system enhancements. You will meet with relevant Business representatives to understand and document their detailed business requirements that the project must fulfill. A scope definition document will be compiled and agreed upon, ensuring full sign-off before implementation.
