We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and ensure our technology runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, Azure environments, IT hardware, and user support. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
We’re searching for an IT Support Specialist who can swoop in and save the day when systems go haywire. If you’re a master at troubleshooting, customer-focused, and love solving problems, join us and let’s keep our tech running like a dream!Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other core services.
Administer Azure environments, including policy management, Multi-Factor Authentication , and security controls. Configure and deploy Azure policies, ensuring compliance with ISO27001, PCI, and other regulatory frameworks.Maintain and manage an estate of IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.Oversee the asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.Virtual Desktop and Active Directory Management:Handle user provisioning, group policies, and role-based access control.
Manage and support voice solutions such as Krisp, Twilio and other communication solutions and services.Network and Connectivity Management:Conduct performance monitoring and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi networks.Enforce and maintain security measures aligned with ISO27001, PCI DSS, and other standards.User Support and Training:Develop and deliver training materials to enhance user proficiency and adoption of IT systems.
Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MS365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent.Skills and Competencies:Strong understanding of Azure policies, security configurations, and compliance frameworks .Familiarity with voice communication platforms and network performance troubleshooting.Strong organizational and documentation skills for asset and license management.
