What struck me is how compact and functional it is. You can cook anything on it from steaks and burgers to kabobs and veggies. They are also easy to assemble and clean up after you’re done. My brother is a big advocate of “the donut method” for several reasons. Essentially, a dimple in the middle of a pattie counteracts the puffing you often get in the middle. It also allows the burger to keep its original shape and cook evenly.
