Mengo’s testimony on Wednesday formed part of the third day of testimony held before the Judicial Conduct Tribunal into the alleged sexual harassment complaint against Mbenenge. Sexual Harassment Probe Against Eastern Cape Judge President Mbenenge Continues PubliclyProbing allegations of sexual harassment against Judge President Selby Mbenenge of the Eastern Cape Division of the High Court continues on Tuesday with the evidence of the complainant Andiswa Mengo. The complainant contends that the alleged sexual harassment took place between June 2021 and November 2022 via in-person and electronic communication, which according to her, were unwanted.
