The CocaColaChristmasTruckTour is returning to Glasgow after announcing a second stop in the city this week
We've been waiting for a while now for Coca-Cola to announce when the Christmas Truck Tour would be returning to Scotland after its first stop in Paisley last month, and finally, we have a second date for Glasgow.
Back bigger and better than before, on December 16 and 17, the iconic tour will be hitting the Silverburn shopping centre from 11.30 am with a magical ‘winter market’ setting, featuring fun activities and games for all of the family to get involved with.Lovers of the festive season can enjoy plenty of fun, with 'Elfie Selfies', photos with the truck, QR codes giving access to a load of interactive games and of course, food huts serving up tasty treats.
The firm say they will donate the equivalent of up to 100,000 meals to those in need throughout the festive season, with every person that attends the Coca-Cola Truck Tour, seeing Coca-Cola fund the equivalent of one meal for a person in need.CEO at FareShare, Lindsay Boswell, said: “We’re incredibly grateful for the support from Coca-Cola. Their donation will help us get more good-to-eat surplus food to people across the UK most impacted by the cost of living crisis.
Senior Brand Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, Laura Moon, said: “Coca-Cola has always been synonymous with Christmas, particularly the iconic Truck Tour and Holidays Are Coming advert.
