Cape Breton Regional Police have arrested and charged a Sydney Mines man with break-and-enter and theft. CAPE BRETON POST FILESSYDNEY MINES — A 40-year-old man is facing charges of break-and-enter and theft of a pickup truck earlier this week.
According to police, upon arrival at the scene, officers noted a Ford F-150 matching the description of a truck reported stolen from a Shore Road residence during the overnight hours, as well as one observed at a break-and-enter reported at Brad’s Electronics in North Sydney at around 4:30 a.m.
