Police Minister Bheki Cele has confirmed that he won't be returning to the National Assembly and intends to focus on spending time with his family.
Cele told reporters that he intends to step down from his government roles and prioritise family timejournalist based in Johannesburg, South Africa, who has covered politics and current affairs on the radio for over 15 years.
