The Good Life Show, Africa's premier food, drink, and conscious living event, is back for its fifth year with an expanded focus on health, wellness, and sustainability. The event will feature innovative products, chef demos, mixology sessions, masterclasses, expert advice, and engaging industry talks.

Now in its fifth year since its launch as The Plant Powered Show in 2020, Africa’s premier food, drink and conscious living event is back with even more exciting, high quality and innovative products, experiences and content.Join the team in Cape Town from 30 May to 1 June at Cape Town International Convention Centre and in Johannesburg from 1 to 3 August at the Kyalami International Convention Centre for the most unique culinary, health, wellness, and sustainability event of the year.

The natural and organic food movement is also booming globally and with the market set to reach a massive US$568.82 billion by 2029, at its current growth rate of 15.6%, South Africa is bound to reflect this upward trend.

Event producer Heidi Warricker commented, ‘We are beyond thrilled to be hosting the Good Life Show once again. I am extremely excited this year, because not only do we have amazing experts and exhibitors, but this year we will be focused on creating meaningful, long-lasting content around health, wellness, and sustainability – and this year we’re adding more joy and fun to the mix. We are working on great new features to ensure all our visitors will find the show even more fun and inspiring.

The event is also open to trade and is designed for professionals in the retail, hospitality and distribution sectors, offering a unique opportunity to explore a wide range of innovative, high-quality products and solutions.
