We are searching for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Java (17+), Microservices, and cloud-based solutions. They should be thoroughly familiar with modern software development practices, encompassing DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing Microservices utilizing Spring Boot and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). They will optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and scalability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to gather requirements and define technical solutions. Furthermore, the candidate will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and uphold coding best practices. Minimum requirements include relevant certifications in Java, AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps (advantageous). A strong understanding of Java 17+ with expertise in OOP, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles is essential. Proven ability to develop and deploy Microservices architecture in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) is crucial. Experience with RESTful API design, implementation, and integration is necessary. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and Maven is also required. A solid grasp of TDD (Test-Driven Development) using JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber is essential. Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment and a proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning are essential qualities.
