The Information Technology department of The Foschini Group (TFG) seeks a passionate and experienced SAP BEX Query Design er and Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial in providing insightful reporting solutions that leverage the power of the SAP BW platform.
You will be responsible for understanding the company's business environment, collaborating with users to identify optimal solutions, and designing, coding, testing, and implementing changes and new solutions within the SAP BW landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP BW concepts and technologies, including InfoObjects, InfoCubes, Aggregates, Datastore objects (DSO), MultiProviders, InfoSets, Transformations, DTPs, and DataSources. Experience in creating info cubes, info objects, info sets, and Open Hub connections is essential. Furthermore, knowledge of SAP Gateway and its integration capabilities via OData into BW4Hana will be highly valued.This position demands a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to effectively communicate your ideas and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions. TFG offers a dynamic and challenging work environment where you can make a real impact on the company's growth and success. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
