The city has once again sought to sell state officials on a plan to reduce Broadway to four lanes to accommodate cyclists and pedestrians. But the state has been pretty clear it expects the corridor to remain as six lanes.How great to see the sentence imposed for the cruelty inflicted on Buddy the dog.
