Vhudie, who hails from Thohoyandou, is humbled by the response he has received. Afro beats heavyweight Davido immediately took to his Twitter in an attempt to reach out to him.“I don’t know hey, people are saying it’s a scam as I haven’t heard anything myself yet. Quite a lot is happening.”
Fans can expect a combination of Afropop and gospel from him as he draws inspiration from such acts as Benjamin Dube and Khaya Mthethwa.“Music,” he says definitively. Check out the Idols performance along with the video Vhudie released, which is now at 2000 views on YouTube.
