'William's decision to support community and stay in Welsh B&B's shows he is a progressive future King', says expert

It was recently revealed that The King will no longer keep a permanent base in Wales as he is not able to spend as much time there since passing the Prince of Wales title on to Prince William.

This method, former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond feels, is a step in the right direction and showcases Prince William as a "forward thinking and progressive future King." She continued: "Gestures like this show that William and Catherine plan to do things differently to keep the monarchy in tune with modern society and, vitally, keeps William in touch with ordinary people who are struggling with everyday problems."

The couple's most recent two-day visit saw the daredevil couple abseil down a quarry in the Brecon Beacons, aided by the Central Beacons Mountain Rescue team and take part in a mock rescue.
