The supermarket is also selling an extra large version as part of their new Christmas range
Iceland , the supermarket known for its frozen food offerings since the 70s, has added what I thought was a surprising item to its shelves - lobster. Despite my initial surprise, I was reminded by my sister-in-law of Iceland 's reputation for quality frozen fish and she recommended the lobster. After all, freezing is a well-known method for preserving nutrients and freshness. Intrigued, I decided to test out this luxury offering myself.
Preparing a lobster might seem daunting if it's your first time, but once you've removed the meat, you're left with tender, flavoursome flesh ready to enjoy, reports the Mirror . A touch of melted butter is all it needs to be perfect. Serving fresh lobster could easily impress your guests this festive season - just bear in mind that one lobster serves two people, so you might need more than one.
