Looking for a showstopper roast without the basting, Iceland may have the answer and if not, it is perfect for Boxing Day too
I'm fortunate that my husband takes on the task of cooking Christmas dinner at our house, and he does a fantastic job. However, it's a lot of work, especially getting the turkey just right. This got me thinking about changing things up this year and letting my husband serve a fabulous roast without all the basting. Frozen food specialists Iceland might have just the solution.
However, if you fancy a bit more meat, why not add some of Iceland's air fryer-friendly pigs in blankets? They take just 14 minutes to cook and are absolutely delicious - crispy, salty bacon wrapped around succulent sausages, creating a wonderful umami flavour. These would be a perfect addition to any Christmas Day meal or Boxing Day buffet, or even as a pre-Christmas snack. You might even want to try them later this week.
