Dr. Trevor Locke and Dr. Stephen Ellis are regular physicians at the walk. The concept makes doctors accessible in an informal environment for tips on how to maintain good health and offer answers to questions.Walking is one of the easiest ways to be active each day for those who are able, said Locke, who has been doing the walk since 2015.
Rev. Phillip Kennedy, who is a regular track user getting 40 laps in every morning, said it was great to see the group again. This time, masks are not a requirement.
