Vancouver Police are asking women to come forward who may have had contact with a high-risk offender who was arrested Friday for violating conditions of his release.
At the time, Vancouver police issued a warning that Smith posed a high risk for committing violence against women and sexual offences against children.• not to be at any place where children and/or youth under the age of 16 years are present or can reasonably be expected;• report relationships and friendships with females;• not to enter any bar, tavern, liquor store, beer and/or wine store;
