Roderick Kelbie, known as Roddie, has been reported missing from the Strathairlie Avenue area of Arbroath, Angus.Roddie is described as being around 5ft 7in tall, of skinny build, with brown eyes, dark hair and a scruffy ginger beard.
He has a cross design tattoo of his dad's name on one arm while on the other, he has a rose design tattoo with his mum's name on it. Top news stories today When he was last seen he was wearing a green bag with stripes and drawstrings, grey camouflage Superdry jacket, a grey camouflage Nike T-shirt, and dark blue jeans. It is thought he may now be wearing an orange coat.
Police are urging anyone with information on Roddie's whereabouts to get in touch with officers by calling 101 and quoting incident number MPR8486440823.
