A forward-thinking Digital Agency urgently seeks a highly skilled and client-centric Digital Account Manager . Your core role will be to manage client relationships, develop strategic marketing plans, oversee campaign execution, and ensure client satisfaction. Working closely with the Website Development team, you will help manage and deliver high-quality digital projects for clients.
Applicants will require proven experience in Digital Account Management, particularly in Web Development projects, have strong client communication and relationship-building skills, be familiar with UI/UX principles, with experience in low-fidelity design and wireframing. Oversee the quality of all website deliverables, ensuring they meet both client expectations and agency standards. Client Liaison – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Project Management – Coordinate with the website Development team to ensure project milestones are met. Traffic Control – Monitor the progress of multiple projects, adjusting priorities and resources to meet deadlines. Work with the Website Design team to assist in creating low-fidelity wireframes and user journeys. Proposal Development – Collaborate on the creation of client proposals, including scope, budget, and timelines for website projects. Monthly Reporting – Prepare detailed monthly reports that provide clients with insights into project progress, website performance, and future recommendations. Proven experience in Digital Account Management, particularly in Web Development projects. Familiarity with UI/UX principles, with experience in low-fidelity design and wireframing. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of web development processes, including CMS platforms, SEO, and UX design.
