GLACE BAY, N.S. — Cape Breton Regional Police say a Glace Bay man reported missing on Wednesday has been located safe. Police were looking to locate 49-year-old Brian O’Neil after he was last seen leaving Beechwood Court around 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday but did not report to work.
