Police carried out two search warrants on the same day.
At around 4.30pm on Wednesday, April 19 officers executing a search warrant found around £8000 worth of cannabis at an address on Calder Road in Bellshill.A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
At around 6pm on the same day, officers also executed a search warrant at an address in Brandon Court, Motherwell.A 28-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with drug offences and was due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Thursday, April 20.
