Houses built with the proceeds from the sale of the Tshwane mayoral mansion - sold for R5.1 million - were handed over to beneficiaries on Tuesday.

Tshwane mayor Cilliers Brink, along with Member of the Mayoral Committee for Human Settlements Ofentse Madzebatela, completed a promise made in 2017 by former mayor Solly Msimanga. Msimanga took the decision to sell the mayoral mansion in Muckleneuk and use the proceeds to build homes for previously disadvantaged, elderly and special needs beneficiaries.South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future.
