Tourism appears to be getting back to normal in the Quinte region.

Quinte West Chamber of Commerce Manager Suzanne Andrews says they are noticing more European travellers and American boaters to the visitor centre. She tells Quinte News they expect more tourists from Quebec to arrive in the area in the next few weeks."This last week and into next week is a big holiday time for people from Quebec and we've certainly seen a lot of Quebecers coming into our community looking to spend some time here and exploring around the region. So it's nice to see people travelling again."https://media.socastsrm.com/wordpress/wp-content/blogs.dir/1977/files/2022/07/tourism-2.

"One of the things of COVID is that not all communities have printed more booklets for this year so we're finding sometimes getting the materials that people are looking for has been a bit difficult as communities are taking longer to get rolling on some of their tourism activities again."
