BOSTON — Time to shake off those mid\u002DJanuary, post\u002DChristmas doldrums.

After taking Friday off, not only to get some needed rest after playing on back-to-back nights but also to spend some time with their dads, the Leafs are scheduled to have a full morning skate on Saturday. That was Boston’s first loss in regulation at TD Garden this season, and for Hall, it was a reminder of what kind of opponent the Leafs have become.Article content “Seattle was in our face all the time, they forced us to make mistakes and they clogged up the middle of the ice, which I’m sure Toronto is going to do,” Hall said. “I think reputation as a team is different than when you actually play against them. They’re in your face, they play fast. They’re not overly physical and they are not going to run you out of the building, but they do gap up well, they limit time and space with their speed and they make the game hard.
