Three Toronto teens are facing multiple charges after an armed carjacking and pharmacy robbery in Toronto and Vaughan last week.
In a press release, police allege that the three boys, who range in age from 14 to 17, approached an elderly person sitting in their car. The three boys stole the victim’s car and also ripped their shirt and removed their necklace during the struggle, according to police.Police said the boys drove the carjacking victim’s car to a pharmacy, demanded narcotics and committed an armed robbery.
The squad’s Project Mayhem investigation resulted in the arrest of six people under 18 years of age in relation to armed pharmacy robberies.
