Durham police are investigating a collision outside a Whitby high school that left three people injured. They believe the vehicle was chased by several others b
The incident happened shortly before 1 a.m. on July 10, outside Sinclair Secondary School .
They say five vehicles had been chasing a sixth through Brooklin and Whitby, eventually ending up on the school’s parking lot. Somebody got out and threw an object at the victims’ windshield, smashing it. This caused the driver to lose control and crash. The driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
