The Interior Department referred us to U.S. Fish and Wildlife as the agency directly involved in decisions regarding the Endangered Species Act. And they sentThe U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is currently evaluating the status of gray wolves in the Northern Rockies and more broadly, the western U.S., to determine whether Endangered Species Act protection is again warranted.
