Anna: The Little Shop is an accidental speakeasy—originally it was just a bar at the back of a shop. So many people come in and ask for a password and almost seem disappointed when I tell them that there isn’t one. I wanted the shop to feel comfortable instead of exclusive or full of pomp. You can just as easily come in in jeans and read a book at the bar by yourself as you can come in dressed to the 9’s ready to celebrate something.
