Police are appealing to the public to assist in tracing 15-year-old Niamh Lynch who is "known to frequent the Motherwell, Edinburgh and Glasgow areas".

Sergeant Gary Mackie, of Rutherglen police station, told Lanarkshire Live: "Officers have been carrying out significant enquiries since Niamh was reported missing but so far she has not been located.
"We would like to appeal to anyone who may be able to provide any information regarding Niamh’s whereabouts or potential sightings that will assist us in tracing her."I would also ask Niamh herself to get in contact with friends, family, support services or the police.And Missing People operates a free helpline seven days a week from 9am to 11pm for anyone who is thinking of going missing, is currently missing, or has friends or family who are missing.
