A woman was taken to hospital after being attacked and mugged in broad daylight.
The 32-year-old was walking on Craigbank Road near its junction with Ness Gardens in Larkhall on Tuesday afternoon.
She was approached by a man and woman at around 3pm who assaulted her and then stole her phone before running away.In particular, they want any witnesses who may have seen the attack to come forward. Detective Constable Graeme Easton said: “Our enquiries into this incident are ongoing and I would urge anyone who may have seen or heard any disturbance in the area around that time to get in touch.
