Brandon Nandan, 28, faces 13 more years in jail after getting credit for two years in time served
Brandon Nandan of Surrey was charged with 17 criminal offences following a sting on an alleged trafficking network after a murder conspiracy was unearthed.
At the time, police issued a public safety warning that the network was trafficking potentially lethal drugs around the Lower Mainland. Nandan was found at one of the search locations and arrested. He was charged in March 2021 with one count of conspiracy to commit murder with a firearm and one count of counsel to commit murder along with a long list of firearms and drug offences.
Nandan’s 15-year sentence means he will be in jail for just under 13 more years, as he was credited with two years plus a week in time served.
