The celebrity dancer was struggling with their confidence after being in the dance-off last week
Nikita Kanda channelled '90s film Clueless for her jive with partner Gorka Marquez on this week's Strictly. But judges said 'as if!' as they voted her off after she scored just 21.
The 28-year-old faced elimination for the second consecutive week on the BBC show, which affected her confidence ahead of Saturday's performance. She faced Love Island star McDermott and her partner Graziano Di Prima in the dance-off, who had scored 25 for their Puss In Boots paso doble on Saturday night.
Kanda told co-host Tess Daly: “I’ve had the best time and I love all my Strictly family, I’m going to miss you all. This has been a dream come true, I’m so grateful.”
