Former Bafana Bafana coach, Stanley 'Screamer' Tshabalala who was shot during a burglary at home is out of ICU.
A source from the family reveals that he came out of the ICU early this week and is now able to breathe properly and talk.
The publication adds that Tshabalala spent over a month in ICU after he was shot by intruders at his Centurion, Tshwane home on 20 March. Police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Mavela Masondo says three suspects armed with a firearm and a sharp object stormed into Tshabalala’s house and held him and his family at gunpoint.
“The suspects then shot him and took laptops and cellphones from the house. Police have opened a case of house robbery and attempted murder for investigation,” says Masondo.
