Stacey Solomon can’t wait to ‘do nothing’ as she looks forward to Christmas with husband Joe Swash
This has been a year to remember for Stacey Solomon. After hosting the wedding of her dreams to Joe Swash at their Essex mansion, releasing a second crafting book and celebrating daughter Rose’s first birthday, it’s no wonder the queen of organisation is ready to put her feet up over the festive season.
The show, a follow-up to her series Sort Your Life Out, reunites the 33-year-old with professional organiser Dilly Carter to spread Christmas cheer through clever upcycling and cost-saving ideas. "Anyone who knows me knows how much I love crafting and there’s no better feeling than giving someone the perfect gift. DIY gifts mean so much more and they save a bit of money, too.”
I’m trying to adapt the ideas I see to make them even simpler, and to use things that everyone has around the house. The bauble wreath is something I’d seen on TikTok but using different materials. We decided instead to use a coat hanger – everyone has one of those.It’s fine if it goes wrong, that’s part of the fun! I’d say that the bauble wreath is one of the easiest crafts you can do. It’s literally just threading baubles on a hanger.
