A range of courses were represented with people also able to speak to the student support and the accommodation manager
The SRUC Barony campus at Parkgate held an open day on Tuesday to give potential students a chance to find out more about courses and campus life.
The courses represented included agriculture, agricultural technology, animal care, engineering, forestry and arboriculture, wildlife and conservation management, countryside management, rural business management and veterinary nursing.Potential students were told places are available on courses starting from next month.
A Barony spokesperson said: “The open day was for potential students to learn more about the courses on offer and get a feel for our facilities and walk around our beautiful grounds. “For those who just got their exam results and are unsure of what to do now, it’s not too late to find a course with us to study for start this September.”
